Or, if you wish, stop by and visit our retail parts counter. Open 7 days a week, the retail counter is staffed with an additional 5 factory trained and experienced parts professionals as well. We offer free delivery by one of our 11 company owned and operated parts delivery vehicles; twice per day to most locations and once on Saturdays. Also, to further our level of customer service, we have 3 Outside Parts Salespeople (OPS), each assigned with a specific region, to respond to whatever needs, special requests or concerns you may have. Our parts department is fully stocked with $2M of the most commonly used parts, components and equipment used in the trucking industry today. Also, we offer next day access, with no premium or freight charge, to Freightliner’s Bridgeport Parts Distribution Center (PDC). The Bridgeport PDC keeps over $40M in parts for All-Makes of trucks, so even if you don’t have a Freightliner, we can still accommodate your needs. We have a “GET IT DONE” attitude so even if by chance, we do not have the part you need, we will find it for you, 99% of the time by the very next day.
